Custom Cold Air Intake Systems

Most of the branded Cold Air Intake Systems do not perform expected power gains as they are designed open-filter with no box so that intake air temperature gets exceptionally high in the engine bay, resulting in spark timing and boost (aspirated engines) getting retarded.  Or, replacement of Airbox with the same size and breathing port design only with a better filter in it, do not make any recognizable power gain.

A cold air intake system must breathe the coldest possible air through a breathing gate located out of the hot engine bay.  And, ideally, RAM air is pushed naturally while the car is in-move.

CHIPCENTRIC - CCP offers custom cold air intake systems only for the vehicles that are possible to make a design that makes the above technical criteria possible.  When this is possible, CHIPCENTRIC - CCP makes the design with an Airbox that can hold a significantly bigger surface air filter while still having enough inner volume, and makes a pipe from the box with s special scope for breathing the air at the coldest location with diverting RAM air in the box.  The best quality DRY filters are chosen and low-weight aluminum pipings are fabricated.
